กระบวนการเรียนรู้ สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง| Process of Transformative Learning
ปี 1
เรียนตามวิถีศูนย์กสิกรรมธรรมชาติมาบเอื้องและสถาบันอาศรมศิลป์เน้นวิชากสิกรรมธรรมชาติ และวิชามงคลชีวิต เป็นช่วงแห่งการปรับตัว เรียนรู้ภาษาไทย รู้จักสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของประเทศไทยซึ่งสะท้อนสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของโลก และวิธีการแก้ไขตามศาสตร์พระราชา ผ่านการเดินทางไปร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของเครือข่ายในพื้นที่ปัญหาจริง และร่วมลงมือแก้ไขปัญหานั้น (Problem-based Learning) เช่น ไปดูภูเขาหัวโล้น วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของการเกษตรเชิงเดี่ยวบนพื้นที่สูง เรียนรู้จากการลงมือทำจัดการดินน้ำป่าตามศาสตร์พระราชา ฯลฯ
ปี 2
ทดลองนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการเรียน 1 ปีบูรณาการเพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่ว่างเปล่า 1 ไร่ในศูนย์กสิกรรมธรรมชาติมาบเอื้องให้สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ โดยใช้เงิน 0 บาท (Zero Baht Project-based Learning) เริ่มต้นจากการสร้างบ้านดิน โดยใช้วัสดุที่หาได้ในศูนย์ฯ และจัดกิจกรรมการสร้างบ้านดิน จากนั้นจัดการน้ำในบริเวณโดยรอบเพื่อปลูกพืชสวนครัว ปลูกข้าว และปลูกป่า 3 อย่าง ประโยชน์ 4 อย่าง กลายเป็นจุดเด่นมุมหนึ่งของศูนย์ฯ มีโอกาสต้อนรับคณะดูงานชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติจนได้รับการตั้งชื่อว่า “Bhutan Village”
ปี 3
ยกระดับความรู้จากการพึ่งพาตนเองขั้นพื้นฐานไปสู่การประกอบการสังคม นักศึกษาเลือกฝึกฝนตนเองให้เชี่ยวชาญตามความถนัด (Specialization) และพัฒนาฝีมือจนมีผลงานเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้มาตรฐานอินทรีย์วิถีไทย (Product Development) โดยไปเรียนรู้อยู่กับผู้ประกอบการตัวจริง ได้แก่ การทำฟาร์มเลี้ยงผึ้ง การทำฟาร์มเห็ด การทำผลิตภัณฑ์ทำความสะอาด เครื่องสำอาง การผลิตยาจากสมุนไพร นอกจากนี้ยังฝึกฝนทักษะการเป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้ และทักษะการบริหารจัดการงานฝึกอบรมด้วย (Service Internship)
ปี 4
ผสานองค์ความรู้ขั้นพื้นฐานและขั้นก้าวหน้า (Integration) ทั้งศาสตร์พระราชา การทำผลิตภัณฑ์ ไปสู่การสร้างเครือข่าย ด้วยการพัฒนาเป็นกิจการบริการความรู้ในนาม Bhutan Soul Farmers รูปแบบเวิร์คชอป เสวนา คอร์สระยะสั้น ค่ายเยาวชนนานาชาติ สื่อสารทั้งในภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ มีเครือข่ายคนรุ่นใหม่ในประเทศต่างๆ กว่า 30 ประเทศทั่วโลกเดินทางมาเรียนกับนักศึกษาภูฏานที่ศูนย์กสิกรรมธรรมชาติมาบเอื้อง จ.ชลบุรี
หลังจบการศึกษา
- พัฒนาพื้นที่กสิกรรมธรรมชาติในเมืองปาโร ประเทศภูฏานมีสถาบันการศึกษา หน่วยงานรัฐจากประเทศไทยเยี่ยมชม
- รวมกลุ่มเยาวชนภูฏานในนาม Zamsa Agri-Nature Group (ZAG) และได้เข้าพบรัฐมนตรีกระทรวงเศรษฐกิจของประเทศภูฏาน
- สร้างเครือข่ายเยาวชนนานาชาติเพื่อสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้วยเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสู่ความยั่งยืนร่วมกับ SEP Academy

Studying in Thailand on the philosophy of sufficiency economy have changed my world view and how I as an individual can help the community and ultimately the environment. The philosophy is a very hard concept to accept for many people as we have been brought up in this ever changing capitalist world but to follow the philosophy means to change how we live. We can see the change of weather and climate which causes destruction but it is the less unfortunate who suffer the bigger consequences, so this philosophy brings out our inner conscious to help them by changing our ways. My study on the philosophy has made me care about people and care about the mother earth more, if we want our future generations to live a good life then we can by taking a small step by accepting sustainability over profit and convenience. In the end, the change is for us not for anybody, we need mother earth but she doesn’t need us. We have to be a symbiotic organism in this planet or we will be our own doom.

When I first joined Arsomsilp Institute of the Arts, I can’t help but think of how much time I have ahead of us to complete. But later SE played a crucial role in shaping the minds and opinions of future generations.
My clothes have been changed after studying four years in Thailand likewise my way of thinking. I have learned how to be calm and patience, how to manage the work plus how to team up when it comes to group work. The most important thing I learned is Learning by Doing. Most of the schools and colleges, students just stay in the classroom and teachers give them lecture and notes. Almost all of the student can’t remember things and I was the one among them. I like Learning by Doing method very much. It made me able to do and follow. And I’m still doing and following Sufficiency Economy here in my country.
Last but not least, thank you one and all for the support, for giving us the knowledge that we didn’t had before.
